RETURN POLICY

All Sales Are Final – No Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

 

EXCHANGES:

We only offer exchanges for the following cases:

    •    You received the wrong item.

To request an exchange:

    1.    Contact our customer service team at contactchennai.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

    2.    Provide your order number and clear photos of the item showing the issue.

    3.    If approved, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

    4.    You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once received, we will process the exchange.


NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS:

    •    Worn, altered, or tampered wigs and bundles.

    •    Custom-colored or made-to-order wigs.

    •    Final sale items.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted as processing begins immediately.


DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS:

If a dispute or chargeback is filed without contacting Chennai & Co first, we reserve the right to ban future purchases.
