SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME:

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom-colored and made-to-order wigs may take an additional 2 business days for processing.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES: 

(Within the U.S. - Based on Charlotte, NC):

    •    Standard Shipping (2-7 business days): $10.00

    •    Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $20.00

    •    Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $35.00

(Shipping rates may vary based on location and order size.)

 

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT:

For customer protection we will require signature upon delivery for all orders. Please reach up to your local USPS to set up redelivery is missed.

PACKAGE INSURANCE:

Packages are not Insured unless otherwise requested by the customer. USPS charges $2 for every $100 to Insure the packages.

 

SHIPPING CARRIERS:

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ship orders within the United States.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

At this time, Chennai & Co only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

LOST. STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES:

Chennai & Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
